How much is shipping?
You can view the delivery charges for your order by using the shipping calculator on our Cart page.
In order to view accurate shipping costs please enter your country of destination then update your cart total.
How long does delivery take?
We ship all of our products first class throughout the course of each week.
Please allow for order processing and verification time. This helps us to provide and maintain a quick and efficient service.
Of course, sometimes postal services can be slow and we apologise if this ever occurs.
Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
If your order doesn't reach you in 10 business days then please get in contact with us and we will be happy to do everything we can to help.
When does money leave my account to pay for items?
As with the majority of online stores, money leaves your account as soon as you pay for your order.
This process happens before dispatch of your order, so you may see your balance change before your order has reached you.
Do you send confirmation emails?
You should receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has reached us successfully.
As well as this, you should receive a PayPal receipt which confirms your payment.
How does the print feel on your products?
We use a variety of print processes on our products which means that the weight and texture of print may vary.
Products that are described as having a full colour print often have a heavier drape than other products.
Full colour print on dark products requires a white base layer of print. This may result in these products having a thicker print texture.
Due to this white layer we would advise all customers not to use liquid softeners when washing these products.
What if the products I ordered don't fit?
So long as you haven't damaged the item in any way (marks, burns, stains, etc.) and haven't clearly worn/washed it, then we'll be happy to send you another one.
Make sure you let us know what size you want instead when contacting us.

Can orders be cancelled?
If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible to ensure your order is not shipped.
Following an order cancellation we will issue a refund which may take time to process.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
